Siger brengt sferische instrumentale muziek die raakt vanaf de eerste noot. Op octaaf-mandoline en diatonische accordeon creëren broers Ward & Hartwin Dhoore hun eigen muzikale universum dat reeds werd omschreven als ‘crossover van klassieke muziek, roots & filmmuziek’. Zelf omschrijven ze wat ze doen het liefst als 'Instrumental storytelling'.

“Wat we vertellen tijdens een concert is voor ons minstens even belangrijk als de muziek die we spelen. Onze verhalen versterken de muziek en vormen samen één geheel. We vertellen wat ons inspireerde tijdens het creatieproces, wat we meemaakten op tour en welke intrigerende mensen we allemaal hebben ontmoet op ons muzikale pad.”

Met meer dan 15 jaar podiumervaring op de teller doen ze dit alles met de nodige humor en finesse. De broers verdienden reeds hun sporen als de geoliede machine achter succesvolle bands en projecten zoals Trio Dhoore (winnaar van een ‘Flanders Folk Award voor ‘Beste album’), Estbel (winnaar van een ‘Estonian Pop Award’ voor beste nieuwkomer), The Flemish Folk Caravan... en toerden doorheen heel Europa, de VS en Canada.

De afgelopen jaren staan ze voornamelijk als duo op de planken en brachten ze twee albums uit. Momenteel stellen de broers hun nieuwste album ‘When We Fly’ voor tijdens een internationale tour met concerten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Amerika, Denemarken, Duitsland , Nederland en Oostenrijk.
